has avocados and pink flamingos
there on the lawn, sandals and songs,
crystals hang down, soon she’ll be gone.

and sea shell necklace, she takes her bike out.
Laughs at the old folks –
they drink tequila down by the boardwalk
and set out sprinklers for their hydrangeas.
Rusted blue cars, seashells in jars,

He’s at the cove – beers with his friends.
